Sounds like something off of Crash Tag Team Racing! If this were put onto a track it would be named "Braking Reality" (They use car puns in their tracks)

The whole thing sounds as if it took place in a dark factory that would use another person's blood to run the whole place.

You're not that far off. I did this in 2011 as part of a concept album, wherein I tried to tell a story of what it felt like for us as soldiers to go through the process of combat: receiving the orders, deployment, stress, anxiety, tension, getting hurt, coming home and mourning the lost, and ultimately feeling like everything you did was for nothing.

This one in particular: 'dark, factory...another person's blood' is pretty on the nose. The factory would be the system that churns out us as trigger pulling tools, but dark and bloody is right there. Here's the rest of the album + artwork : https://bit.ly/2NDjg3k
